    Demonstration of peroxisomes based on the evidence of peroxidatic activity of catalase was carried out by means of cytochemical method in mouse oocyte-cumulus complexes, human oocytes and cumulus cells.There are some differences in number, morphology andenzymatic activity of peroxisomes in human and mouse oocytes as well as in human and mouse cumulus cells.
