Influence of blood pressure variability on the relationship between baroreflex sensitivity and pulse interval variability. Abstract
Original language description
The aim of the present study was to determine the interrelationship among three parameters: the variability ins systolic blood pressure and pulse intervals and baroreflex sensitivity. The study proved that pulse intervals variability positively correlates with BRS and has a damping effect on systolic blood pressure variability. Our analysis disclosed an additional effect of a primary variability of systolic blood pressure on this relationship.
