Caffeic acid enhances differentiation of HL-60 myeloid leukemia cells induced by all-trans retinoic acid
Original language description
The course of differentiation of HL-60 cells was studied by detecting the occurrence of functionally mature granulocytes and CD-66b expressing cells in ATRA- and/or CA-treated cell populations. Application of CA alone had no or minimal influence on celldifferentiation whereas differentiating activity of ATRA was potentiated by CA treatment.
Czech name
Kyselina kávová zesiluje diferenciaci buněk myeloidní leukemické linie HL-60 indukovanou kyselinou all-trans retinovou.
