Comparison of behavioural effects of amisulpride with selected antidepressants in the mouse model of social interactions

  • Original language description

The objective of this pre-clinical study was to ascertain behavioural effects of amisulpride in the model of agonistic interactions in mice and compare it with the effects of selected antidepressants in the same animal model. This model is principally based on the conspecific social conflict in male mice. In conclusion, unlike citalopram and valproate, amisulpride at the doses used did not produce antidepressant-like effects in this ethological model in mice, nor did it influence agonistic behaviour inthe sense of anxiolytic effects.

Srovnání behaviorálních účinků amisulpridu a vybraných antidepresiv v myším modelu sociálních interakcí
