Original language name
Effect of ajmaline on action potential and ionic currents in rat ventricular myocytes
Original language description
Ajmaline decreased the upstroke velocity of action potential and action potential amplitude, increased the action potential duration measured at 50 and 90% repolarization, and reversibly inhibited most components of membrane ionic current in a concentration-dependent manner; IC50 was 27.8 umol/l for INa, 70.8 umol/l for ICa, 25.9 umol/l for Ito, 61.0 umol/l for IK, and 13.3 umol/l for IKATP.
Czech name
Vliv ajmalinu na akcni napeti a iontove proudy u komorovych srdecnich bunek potkana
