Original language name
Ultrashort Bradycardic Effect of Newly Synthetized Compounds
Original language description
Changes in heart rate induced by four different doses of two newly synthetized potential ultrashort-action antagonists of beta adrenergic receptors were tested in 90 male laboratory Wistar rats. Their effects were compared with esmolol. Both compounds demonstrated significant bradycardic effects and induced blockade of the fast sodium current (INa) and potassium currents (Ito, IK1, IK).
Czech name
Ultrakrátký bradykardický efekt nově syntetizovaných látek
Czech description
Byly studovány změny tepové frekvence indukované čtyřmi dávkami dvou nově syntetizovaných potentciálních ultrakrátce působících beta blokátorů u 90 potkanů. Vliv byl srovnán s esmololem. Obě látky působily bradykardii a blokovaly sodíkový proud INa a draslíkové proudy Ito, IK1 a IK.
