Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) in subjects after (4 to 16 years) anthracycline treatment was the aim of the present study.The statistical significant difference between A (oncological patients) and H (healthy control)was found during the night hours (20 p.m.to 2.a.m.) in the group of 19 to 21 years old only. It is concluded that several years after anthracycline treatment, the values of blood pressure at night are lower than in healthy subjects.

Ambulatorní monitorování krevního tlaku po léčbě antracykliny. Abstrakt.
Czech description
Dvacetičtyřhodinové monitorování krevního tlaku bylo prováděno u zdravých jedinců a bývalých onkologických pacientů za 4-16 let po úspěšné léčbě antracykliny. V našem souboru jsme našli statisticky významné rozdíly u mladých dospělých ve věku 19až21 letv nočních hodinách.Závěrem lze říci, že i po tak dlouhé době od léčby antracykliny se mohou její následky projevit formou snížených hodnot krevních tlaků.
