Recommendations for treatment invasive candidiasis.National working group representing clinicans ( hematologists, oncologists, infection diseases and ICU specialists), microbiologists, and different special medical societies and working groups prepared evidence-based guidelines for the treatment establisched fungal infection - invasive candidiasis in the adult hematology and ICU patients. These guidelines apdated those publisched in the Czech Republic in 2003 - 2004. Evidence criteria of the InfectiousDiseases Society of America (IDSA) were used for assessing the quality of clinical trials, and EORTC/MSG Consensus Group for definitions of invasivenes fungal disease.
