    Effectivness of endovascular oblieration GVS

  • Original language description

Minimal invasive alternatives in the treatment of varicose veins with saphenofemoral junction and GSV incompetence have been tried over the years to increase patient comfort, reduce cost and risk. We compare three - years success rates between patients undergoing veins stripping with hight ligation and patints undergoing GVS obliteration with RFA or EVLT. In absence of significant complication, there are significant advantages to endovascular obliteration of the GVS compared with conventional stripping.
