The article represents the degree of the basic knowledge of general nurses of nursing diagnostics NANDA -- International. Insights into the topic are related to education of respondents. Methods: Data was collected using a questionnaire survey. The respondent was 161 general nurses. Statistic significance was verified using the test of good correspondence at the significance level alfa = 0.05. Results: A statistically significant difference is detect between knowledge of the term NANDA -- Internationalbetween nurses with university education and general nurses with lower than university level of education (test criterion is t = 7.81 is lower than critical value 46.99). A statistically significant difference is detect between experience in working withNANDA - International between nurses with university education and general nurses with lower than university level of education (t = 5.99 is lower than the critical value 87.25).
