Restoration of decayed primary teeth is very important and significant not only for healthy development and psychics of the child but also for physiological development of the permanent dentition. The choice of restorative materials for primary teeth islarge at the present time. Whereas the only possibility several years ago was amalgam, today there are various alternatives at dentist?s disposal. The aims of the study were to verify cytotolerance of dental materials used in paediatric dentistry and toevaluate the character of hybride layer after application of different dentinal adhesives in primary teeth. The relation between dentinal adhesives and enamel and the interface between GIC based materials and hard dental tissues was studied too.
