Nodular Histiocytic Aggregates in Fallopian Tube
Original language description
We read with interest the article about nodular histiocytic aggregates in the endometrium published by Parkash et al. in your journal. With respect to the female genital tract, occurrence of these histiocytes in the endometrium has been known for severalyears, but to the best of our knowledge, it has never been published in the fallopian tubes so far. We have recently observed a case of a similar histiocytic proliferation in the fallopian tube accompanying a carcinoma.
