Exsanguination from arteriovenous fistula: suicide or chronic wound?
Original language description
We have read with great interest the article “Exsanguination from a puncture wound to arteriovenous fistula as the method of suicide in a chronic kidney disease patient “where the authors described suicide due to fatal blood loss through a small puncture wound in an arteriovenous fistula (AVF) of the left forearm, inflicted by a small Swiss Army knife.
