Vážená redakce, prezentujeme kazuistiku pacienta s trombózou sinus transversus a sinus sigmoideus vpravo, která se nejdříve manifestovala jako stejnostranný intracerebrální hematom v typické lokalizaci pro hypertonické krvácení (v oblasti capsula externa vpravo). Správná dia gnostika nakonec vedla ke změně terapeutického postupu.
