    Naturalistic Future of Ethics

  • Original language description

The paper is meant to be the introductory text to the moral philosophy, preferring the empirical approach. In the first part of the text, the ethics is introduced as a philosophical discipline with the unique, but unsteady position in the academic world. The scope of its topics is specified and the question of its ambitions and competence is set. The second part is focused on the best justification of the philosophical claim to be competent to answer the problems of moral conduct. Final part illustrateswhy it is appropriate to consider the morality to be a problem with an empirical solution, i.e. why the future of the ethics is naturalistic.
