Original language description
This paper provided a concise report about research directions in two ongoing projects focused on Inner Asia. Human migrations and language spread were always intertwined with diffusion of religious practices and influenced by environment. Observations in both projects focused on adaptation strategies, oral memory and Inner Asian tributary exchange indicate local circumstances of linguistic and religious diffusion. Main parts of this paper commented interdisciplinary set of environmental factors influencing development of human populations in Eurasia, and more specifically, Inner and Central Asia.
