The aim of this paper is to explain legal aspects of Czech National Bank's role on capital market in the Czech Republic. Role of CNB came through some legislative changes during previous years so the author will try to reflect last changes which made theCzech National Bank body of state's unified financial supervision. It will also analyze aspects of supervision concerning other financial markets but the capital market will be its main field. Author classifies this legal and administrative regulation as a part of the Czech Financial Law.
