Současné české a nizozemské právo nabízí dva zcela rozdílné přístupy k pojetí vnitřní organizace spolků. Článek je srovnáním těchto dvou právních úprav a nabízí rovněž pohled de lege ferenda - na navrhovanou úpravu vnitřní organizace spolku v návrhu nového občanského zákoníku.
