The framework for Europeanization is formalized by the broader process of Globalization. Current legal theory does not seemto have a clear answer of the concept of European law. It is the actual topic of legal theory.

Proces evropeizace práva je projevem evropské integrace a je jejím nástrojem. Rámec evropeizace je spoluurčován širším procesem globalizace. Dnešní právní teorie nedává zatím jasnou odpověď na vymezení evropského práva, je to její aktuální úkol.
