Generally towards the Regulation of Sanction Regimes in Administrative Law of the Czech Republic
Original language description
The regulation of sanction regimes in administrative law of the Czech Republic has traditionally been subject to administrative penal law and an expression of administrative legal liability. In this context the term of administrative punishment is usually used. Administrative legal liability and administrative legal sanction influence each other. The liability is manifested as a secondary duty to suffer unfavorable effects arising as a consequence of the violation of the primary duty whereas the sanction consists in these unfavorable effects themselves. Sanction is therefore always liability in action in a certain meaning of the word and administrative legal sanctions can only be imposed as manifestations of administrative legal liability.
