Original language description
In these days, the Czech law regulates a relatively new system of performing procedural legal acts. The Civil Procedure Code and also new act on electronic acts that has been in legal force since 1st July 2009 offer to the subjects of law a lot of ways of performing their legal acts. The most preferred way from the past, the post, was replaced by the electronic form. The new ideas of e-government and e-justice have to be checked by practice of courts and also by other subjects of law. However, we can safely say that the application of electronics and electronic devices is necessary and strongly requested.
