    There are many new legal institutes in the new Insolvency Act - especially the concept of undertakings reorganization. However practical use of this Act showed that a number of additional measures needed to be enacted as well as some amendments needed tobe passed. First of all, it was important to clarify the status of insolvency administrators and their remuneration.
