The explanation is centered round three problems. 1.What is possible object of interpretation in the multicentric system of law? 2. Why is the concept ofEuropean law necessary? What role is played by the concept of European law in interpretative practice? 3. What is the model of legal talk in the network-connection? The paper wants to point out mainly the role of the concept of law in interpretative practice in the conditions of the multicentric legal system.
