The Process of Europeanisation in the Context of Czech Law
Original language description
In my paper I give at first the characteristic of the process of globalisation as a challenge to European integration. Europeanisation is a response to globalization and Europeanisation of law is an instrument of the Europeanisation process. There are specific problems that multi-centrism of sources of law brings: both to national legislators and the bodies which interpret and apply law, and also into the legal position of legal entities and their legal awareness.
