The Legal Regulation of Public Property in the Czech Republic (Main Conceptual Questions Concerning Especially the Property of Territorial Self-government).
Original language description
A critical remark in the introduction is followed by the description of the peripety of the development of Czech public sphere. Brief critical analyses of development and recent state of legal regulation of public property follows. A critical remark is made on legal regulation of transformation of the performers of ownership and other proprietary rights of territorial self-governmental units. The conclusion of the paper points out crucial problems brought by the generally unsatisfactory state of the Czech legal regulation of public property and non-running transformation of the above mentioned performers.
