    This article deals with the questions of the principle of protection of the third parties in the execution proceedings. It is connected with the legal regulations provided by the Czech Civil Procedure Code and the Executory Code. It also provides the elementary characteristics of the exclusive executory contentions, a list of the rights that do not allow an enforcement of a decision as well as the remedies offered to the third persons by the Czech legal regulations. At the end of the article, the questions of the procedural costs and preclusive periods are given.
