Common agricultural policy has made in particular during last decade a significance shift which has presented in directing of policy used tools. It was a reaction to challenges correlated to enforcement of the conception of sustainable development, i.e. in economical, environmental as well as social level. The paper will be focused on the modifications of common agricultural policy tools as a response to process of integration of requirements on environment protection into agriculture in the context of last decade, nowadays as well as following decade. The possible overlaps into remaining last two levels of sustainable development will be taken into account as well.
