The new Creative Commons 4.0 Licenses
Original language description
This aritlce focuses on the new Creative Commons 4.0 licensing suite in the context of enabling open access to grey literature and the re-use thereof. Firstly, the new licenses are presented with regard to any differences in comparison with version 3.0.The limits of the Creative Commons 4.0 licenses are then also identified. Finally, the licenses are briefly assessed from the point of view of the Czech law. Drawing from this analysis, the paper ends with a concise recommendation of what CC 4.0 users should specifically take into account in order to make grey literature more open.
