WIPO created rules for the arbitration proceedings in intellectual property disputes. The aim of this paper is to examine the concept of determinig applicable law according to the WIPO Arbitration rules and especially in the disputes concerning licence agreement. The contribution will connect the specifics of licence agreements and determinig of the applicable law by WIPO Arbitration rules.
