The contribution deals with the interconnection of the principle of lex fori in the procedural level in the field of arbitration, from the perspective of Czech law. The aim of this contribution is to map the definition of the concept of lex arbitri and to state whether it constitutes the content of the concept of lex fori. The article addresses what all comes into the lex fori in terms of procedural norms and what composes the lex arbitri.
