Our modern era is distinguished by globalization and their advantages and disadvantages. People protest against high unemployment, inequality and poverty. Our world is more and more globalized; our opportunities are rising. However, it seems, that human being is not so important anymore, but international companies became main leaders of the society. Herein are discussed main globalization limitations such as local benefits of global changes, social inequality combined with social exploitation producing a new class called precariat. Creation this distinctive socio-economic group without robust social compensatory mechanisms may increase volatility of security environment. When people cannot cover their needs by earnings, then they may represent social burden in case of security emergency. And total threat countermeasures would not be sufficiently effective. It weakens strength and possible options of security system to react to any threat according recent plan, when arising part of population cannot support their government demanding actions due to they cannot supply even their daily needs.
