It concludes that despite its ambitious rhetoric, the actual results of VG cooperation vis-á-vis Brexit have fallen seriously short of what the official VG rhetoric might have suggested. Indeed, the group has been able to reach only a minimal consensus base within the context of withdrawal negotiations.
