The present contribution is a continuation of our previous study on the 15N NMR spectroscopy of isoquinoline alkaloids. The values of the 15N chemical shifts are discussed in terms of the structural arrangements and the 1H-15N coupling pathways in relation to the geometrical parameters determined by X-ray structural analysis.
