Original language name
Isolation and biochemical characterization of two soluble iron(III) reductases from Paracoccus denitrificans
Original language description
Two soluble enzymes (FerA and FerB) catalyzing the reduction of a number of iron(III) complexes by NADH were purified. FerA can be classified as an NADH:flavin oxidoreductase. FerB contains a bound FAD cofactor and reduces also chromate and various quinones.
Czech name
Izolace a biochemická charakterizace dvou rozpustných Fe(III) reduktas Paracoccus denitrificans
Czech description
Byly purifikovány dva rozpustné enzymy (FerA a FerB), katalyzující redukci řady železitých komplexů NADH. FerA lze klasifikovat jako NADH:flavin oxidoreduktasu. FerB obsahuje vázaný kofaktor FAD a redukuje rovněž chroman a různé chinony.
