Original language description
The characteristic values of NMR chemical shifts and scalar coupling constants of variously substituted purine derivatives were investigated at low temperature. For some of the derivatives we detected two sets of NMR signals, corresponding to different tautomers. The relationship between the substitution on the purine ring and the tautomeric population is discussed on the basis of experimental results and quantum chemical calculations.

Czech description
Za nízkých teplot byly studovány charakteristické NMR posuny a skalární interakční konstanty různě substituovaných purinových derivátů. U některých z nich byly detegovány dvě sady NMR signálů, odpovídající dvěma různým tautomerům daného purinového derivátu. Diskutován je vztah mezi substitucí na purinovém kruhu a tautomerní rovnováhou.
