Photoinduced change of toxicity of fluoranthene on pea plants (Pisum sativum L.)
Original language description
The task was to observe the influence of increased concentration (0,1, 1, 10 mg.l-1) of intact (FLT) and photomodified fluoranthene (phFLT) and a time of exposition (12, 24 and 48 h) to chosen parameters of chlorophyll fluorescence (F0, FV/FM, qN, PhiII)of a pea plant (Pisum sativum L.) on organ and subcellular levels was observed. The obtained results demonstrated significant influence on primary processes of photosynthesis: - the significant changes in the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters: the inhibition FV/FM and PhiII and the stimulation F0 and qN - by the highest applied concentration (10 mg.l-1) FLT and phFLT after 12 h of exposition. More sensitive response for a presence of FLT and phFLT in environment was demonstrated by their applicationon the separated leaves. By the short time exposition (48 h) was not demonstrated the higher phytotoxicity of phFLT.
