    A mixture of 6 M HCl and 0.1 M NaCl was selected as the most suitable extraction agent for the isolation of mercury species. The liquid chromatography - cold vapour atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was used for separation and determination of inorganic mercury and alkylated and arylated mercury species.

    Směs 6 M HCl a 0,1 M NaCl byly vybrána jako nejvhodnější extrakční činidlo pro izolaci specií rtuti. Kapalinová chromatografie ve spojení s atomovou fluorescenční spektrometrií a technikou studených par byla použita pro separaci a stanovení anorganické rtuti, alkyl a aryl specií rtuti.
