    Phase Equilibria and Thermodynamics of the Bi-Sb-Sn Ternary System

    Phase equilibria in the BiSbSn ternary system have been studied experimentally as well as by using the calculation of phase diagram (CALPHAD) method. Calculated isothermal sections at 200 oC and 300 oC were compared with our own experimental results based on the SEM-EDX analysis of composition of phases. Three calculated vertical sections were compared with the DTA results both from this work and from literature data. Optimized values of thermodynamic parameters for CALPHAD method were found.

    Experimentálně byly studovány fázové rovnováhy v ternární soustavě BiSbSn a porovnány s výsledky výpočtů metodou CALPHAD. Vypočtené isotermní řezy při 200 oC a 300 oC byly porovnány s vlastními experimentálními výsledky založenými na výsledcích analyzy složení fází pomocí SEM-EDX po dlouhodobém žíhání. Tři vertikální řezy byly porovnány s výsledky analyzy metodou DTA a s daty z literatury. Byly nalezeny optimalizované hodnoty termodynamických parametrů pro metodu CALPHAD.
