The description of new species and new genus was prepared.Diplogyrodactylus martini n. g. et sp. is a gyrodactylid with internal anatomy similar to that of Gyrodactylus species. The difference in the internal anatomy of newly described parasite was found only in the morphology of the cirrus. Tubular muscular cirrus has no spine to compare with Gyrodactylus species. The main characters typical for new genus were observed in the morphology of the haptoral sclerites.
