NR1 podjednotka NMDA receptoru v hipokampech osob trpících schizofrenií. Faktor věku, pohlaví a medikace

  • Original language description

Protein expression of GluN1C2 isoform showed similarly significant interaction of laterality and gender as panGluN1 (F[1,25] = 9.32, P = 0.0053) (control vs. med-schizophrenia vs. non-med-schizophrenia). In group of man was also significant difference inlaterality (F [1, 14] = 5.47, P = 0.0346) (control vs. schizophrenics) while in the woman group the laterality was not significant.
