Original language description
Block accumulations are the natural phenomena which can be situated both in the areas of mountains and in deep valleys of rivers. Bilateral National Park Podyjí in the southern Moravia is one of these areas where we can study these accumulations. In thisarticle, the author analyzes some basics fact about distribution of the block accumulation and also deals with some agents of the distribution (for example exposition, position within the slope etc.) The research forms a part of the doctoral thesis of the author. The principal aims of the work are to describe the distribution of the block accumulations, to analyze the agents of the distribution, to acquire of the information of architecture and sedimentologic characteristics and one of the aims of thethesis is also to create list of these accumulations and offer it to other scientists for further research (above all to the biologists who examine the fauna and flora of the accumulations).
