Habitats and land use as determinants of plant invasions in the temperate zone of Europe
Original language description
This review summarizes current knowledge on plant invasions in temperate European habitats. Habitats differ considerably in their invasibility. The differences in the level of invasion between Central European habitats are mainly caused by inherent habitat properties, and to a lesser extent by propagule pressure and climatic differences between regions.
