Study of Pseudomonas putida strains deposited at the CCM
Original language description
Strain CCM 3423 deposited at the CCM and designated Pseudomonas putida was isolated by Hal'ama and Augustín (1980) as strain degrading aromatic carbohydrates and derivates. Strain CCM 3656 Pseudomonas putida (=ATCC 11250) was involved in studies considering aromatic pathway and chlorophenol bioassays (Hayaishi and Stanier 1951, Trevors et al. 1982). Both fluorescent strains were now analysed according to methods of polyphasic approach involving genotype and phenotype analysis.
