Original language description
The changes in farming practices toward to bio-production, globalised food market with increasing transportation of animals and also global climate change facilitate the widespread dissemination of food-borne diseases, including the pathogens such as zoonotic multicellular parasites. These facts consequently induce the improvement of various diagnostic methods of food-borne agents in the final products such as meat. Our work is in this context focused on development of reliable comprehensive molecular diagnostic method useful for rapid control of final meat products designated for European and Czech market. We adopted high sensitive multiplex oligonucleotide ligation-PCR technique (MOL-PCR), representing the novel diagnostic platform based on magneticmicrospheres and detection realized via instrument for qualitative and quantitative analysis (MAGPIX). This modern approach enables simultaneous direct screen of complex samples potentially containing the DNA from number of different para
