    This work summarizes major results of the applicant, which are associated with research of nanoparticles of the Ag-Cu and Cu-Ni system. Theoretical part explains calculation of phase diagram by CALPHAD approach and calculation of surface contribution, which is important for calculation of nanoparticles phase diagrams. Experimental part deals with synthesis on nanoparticles in aqueous or non-aqueous solution with elimination of nanoparticles oxidation. The synthesized nanoparticles were characterized bythe following techniques: shape and size: DLS, TEM; Structure: XRD and temperature phase transformations: DSC.
