    The part of this work was focused on formation of the nano-scale structures by DCSBD plasma with the aim to determine the effect of plasma treatment time and distance from the DCSBD surface by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The XPS measurements to reveal the chemical changes on the wood surface after the plasma treatment were also performed.
