Transcaucasian Vegetation Database (AS-00-005) is a novel dataset of vegetation plots focusing on Transcaucasia (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia). It is included in the Global Index of Vegetation-Plot Databases and participates in the European Vegetation Archive. The study region is situated in the Caucasus Biodiversity Hotspot. It harbours unique species richness of vascular plants (~6400 species, endemic rate of ~25%) and related high vegetation diversity. The database currently involves more than 1200 vegetation plots.
