Drift of a limnophilic freshwater fish, the bitterling (Rhodeus sericeus), in lowland rivers
Original language description
We investigated differences in downstream transport of cyprinid fish larvae and early juveniles across a river section. Most fish drifted nearshore, whereas few fish drifted in midchannel. Fish body size was negatively correlated with distance from the bank.
