Original language description
The Bohemian Massif provided for chipped artefacts raw materials unusual in the European areas rich in flint or other siliceous rocks. Our recent knowledge shows the utilization of local rock crystal,citrine, smoky quartz, siliceous weathering products of serpentinites (plasma, opal), Permian jasper, porcellanites, silicified woods and moldavites. The unusual raw materials could be transported from the Bohemian Massif to the surrounding areas in Poland, Germany and Austria in prehistoric times.

Czech description
Český masiv poskytoval v pravěku na štípané artefakty suroviny neobvyklé v ostatních částech Evropy bohaté na pazourek nebo jiné silicity. Naše současné znalosti svědčí o využívání křišťálu, citrínu, záhnědy, křemičitých zvětralin hadců (plazmy, opálu),permského jaspisu, porcelanitů, zkřemenělých dřev a moldavitů. Tyto neobvyklé suroviny mohly být v pravěku transportovány do přilehlých částí Polska, Německa a Rakouska.
