Collaborative Process Design in Cloud Environment
Original language description
This paper presents an approach to adoption of BPM in an organization, with emphasis on collaboration with process participants. We present subset of our methodology for end-to-end BPM adoption, aimed to describe collaborative processes mapping, iterative process design and further process improvement. Such technique preserves organization's flexibility as it helps to obtain realistic processes easily adaptable to changing business requirements. We further explain how to foster collaboration by use of acloud-based environment for process design and define some more general requirements on such environment. We approach general obstacles of BPM adoption observed by practitioners and scientist and explain how the methodology can help to deal with some ofthose obstacles by involving process participants to collaboration on process design and improvement.
